Late-breaking poster presentation abstracts on all topics related to ITDRR are now being accepted for ITDRR 2026.

The program committee will review the submitted abstract for relevance and appropriateness.
Please note that the manuscripts of these presentations will NOT be included in the ITDRR 2026 Proceedings published by Springer.
Only those who have paid the registration fee may present.
Important dates:
- Submission deadline: 31 July, 2026
- Acceptance notification: 7 August, 2026
Presentation instructions
On-site presentation is required; online presentation will NOT be accepted. The poster session will NOT be held in a hybrid format.
At least one author must register at the author rate (or the student rate for student authors) and attend the conference to present the poster.
- At least one registration per poster is required by 29 August, 2026.
The author of each poster shall be asked to give a brief introduction (up to three minutes) to the poster. More information will be available in the future.
An A0-sized board will be provided for each poster in the conference room.
Best Poster Awards will be selected:
- Best Poster Award (for non-student presenters)
- Best Student Poster Award (for student presenters)
The awards shall be announced and presented during the closing session on 1 October, 2026.
